Paul Logan

President and Chief Executive Officer
Paul Logan is President and Chief Executive Officer of Contact Solutions, Inc, and brings his more than 14 years of expertise to providing superior automated customer contact solutions to leading enterprises across many diverse industries. Previously, Mr. Logan served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for iBasis Speech Solutions, and has held senior positions in sales management, program and business development at Lucent Technologies and DynCorp ATS. Throughout his career, Mr. Logan has gained recognition for dramatically increasing sales while rapidly growing revenues to record levels. His keen insight into client needs, and innovative approaches to meeting these needs has helped him to earn client recognition for excellence in quality and service.

Aaron A. Thompson, CPA

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
As Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for Contact Solutions, Inc., Aaron Thompson brings proven expertise in building and managing finance organizations to support fast-growth technology companies. Previously, Mr. Thompson was Vice President, Finance & Administration for iBasis Speech Solutions, and he has served Deloitte & Touche LLP, American Psych Systems, and other leading companies in director and senior-level management positions. Mr. Thompson brings skills particularly suited to the Contact Solutions business approach, including expertise in mergers and acquisitions, negotiating complex business arrangements and profitably managing business development activities.

Mark Whittle

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mark Whittle is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Contact Solutions, Inc., and provides leadership through his extensive background in the design, development and operational support of complex business systems. His experience in building highly skilled technical teams and executing large, complex projects stems from his previous positions as Vice President of Operations at iBasis Speech Solutions, as well as from his senior positions at ORBCOMM Global L.P., American Mobile Satellite Corporation, Hughes Network Systems, and other leading technology companies. Mr. Whittle's customer management exposure and business development skills combine well with his experience in large-scale vendor management, contract negotiations, network operations and international system deployments to deliver complex solutions that satisfy and exceed customer expectations.

Vete Clements

Vice President, Client Services
Vete Clements is responsible for managing relationships with our clients to ensure they receive the highest quality support. His team works with our clients to assess requirements, design custom solutions to meet their specific business needs and provide ongoing management and continuous improvement of their applications. Vete has over 30 years of experience in the information management and telecommunications industries. He has managed Operations and Sales organizations for industry leaders Xerox, IBM and 3Com. He has also acted as VP of Business Development for start-up technology companies Vibrant Solutions and Call Technologies where he led the expansion of the businesses into international markets.

Brad Mack

Vice President, Sales
Brad Mack is Vice President of Sales and is responsible for all partner development and direct sales activities at Contact Solutions. His background includes 11 years running Americas Sales for Intervoice, the industry leading manufacturer of self service platforms. Mr. Mack has over 25 years of sales leadership with respected companies such as Octel, ROLM/IBM and Xerox. His approach includes a customer centric focus on account development and management while building long term relationships with customers.
