CSI is very attentive to ensuring that our client security and compliance requirements are well adhered to and understood. Our data centers deliver mult-level physical security because mission-critical contact automation applications require the highest-commitment to security. All areas of our data centers are monitored and recorded using CCTV, and all access points are controlled. They are staffed by onsite security 7 x 24. All doors, including cages, are secured with biometric hand geometry readers. CCTV digital cameras cover the entire center and are integrated with access control and an alarm system. All exteriors are fully anonymous and have no windows. All exterior walls are bullet resistant. All equipment is checked and verified upon arrival and departure.

All aspects of the data centers are monitored and recorded via color, hi-resolution digital video camera. This data is archived to disk. Both centers are staffed with 24-hour security officers to augment physical security features, providing financial-grade protection of your applications.
