Recognition Follows Contact Automation Industry Report Listing Firm as Top Provider

The company was recently recognized for significant growth as a provider of Hosted/Managed Service IVR Solutions in the "2009 Hosted/Managed Service IVR Market Report" released June 9, 2009 by DMG Consulting, LLC, which is the industry’s bellwether market share report.
